So Christmas has come and gone... I'm very sad i love Christmas and sh0ping for others, especially Ben!!! We had an eventful Christmas up at the Roberts and Jensen households... Sorry to the Jensen side that i have no pictures, on our way up to Preston i realized that i forgot both of my camera's... I'm loosing my mind.. But the Roberts side always has 100,000 pictures cause we are all obsessed with taking pictures,, Hence Lisa's 10 emails full of pictures.. We had fun watching movies, playing games, playing with the children and of course letting Conli play make up...What fun it was to be with everyone in my family except Tate,,, We missed you.. I loved seeing Casi.. you need to move home by the way.. And Jena, Derek, and Baby Kamdyn... I would say the Ramey family but i see them every other day so it was just normal... Well it's that time of year when everyone comes home and what does that mean... All my high school friends get together and do our annul lunch. This year we were few in numbers because of baby births and lots of friends moved away. But those of us that were there had a good old time... Thanks for coming Becca, Holli, Britt, and Aubrey.. WOOT WOOT to Papa Kelsey's...And We missed you all that couldn't make it and the ones that didn't get the phone call in time I'm sorry...

WOW how time flies., it seems like it was yesterday when i met the cutest boy ever. So Two years ago today I married the most amazing man that i have ever met! He made it through our special day with a pinched nerve and herniated disc that he went and had surgery on 7 days after we got married. What a trooper he was that day. A little high on all his pain killers but there was no complaining through all the pictures (not his favorite) and all the standing. He's unbelievable and i honestly have the best husband. He is so good to me and sometimes I feel like I don't deserve him. I love him more everyday. Thanks Babe for being you and for everything that you do for me and our little family.... I love you!!

So Last night i jinxed myself by asking my brother in Law Brent where this big snow storm was when i was dropping him off at his house on our way home from work??? It should of hit us on Wednesday night but it didn't. So of course it had to hit on my way home. it took me an hour to get from the Alpine exit to my exit on 146Th south... It went from a little hail to a lot of hail to snow that covered the road in like 5 minutes. We went from a 4 lane highway to a 3 lane highway because no one could see the lines on the road.. so i finally made it off the highway to get stuck in a 10 car i can't say pile up but sort of, people couldn't make it up the hill or were helping others that couldn't make it up the hill but instead of moving off the road they just stopped where they we're at and got out... WHAT A MESS.. i finally got home and decided to shovel our driveway so that the snow i just drove over wouldn't turn to ice... good plan, Em nope... 5 minutes later it was as if i hadn't done a thing.. wow i love the snow.

So tonight my good friend Carly decided that we need to get together and have a girls night out.. We've been trying for 2 months to have one but with her living in Ogden and me down here we never get to.. So we finally had a night we could go and she brought her friend Ronnie. So we met up at Gateway for dinner and shopping. To bad we picked a night that there was a jazz game because there was no parking.. Carly ended up all the way on the other side of the mall and i ended up on the side by the apartments. Dinner was so fun,,, we LOVE CPK, it seems that we eat there every time we go there.. Ronnie made us get a dessert that was so yummy. After dinner we hit the shops. Oh if only i wasn't a poor college student wife and could shop till i dropped... Ronnie, you feel me on this one... We headed to see a movie but there were 50,000 people so we changed our minds and made a date to see 27 Dresses for our next girls night. It was really nice to get out and just be with the girls. it's had been way to long...

Our First Christmas Tree!!!!!

Yesterday was suppose to be the day we went and picked out our first Christmas tree.. then it decided to snow like there was no tomorrow and Ben and i didn't want to deal with that while we were trying to find a tree and get it home, So I gave in and went and bought a fake Christmas tree, they are not my favorite at all. I keep telling Ben that the only reason i like it is because the lights are all ready on. So we went to Sam's club and were trying to decide between a 7.5 foot tree or a 9 foot tree. Ben kept saying that the bigger it was the better..... So we bought the 9 foot.. The tree touches the ceiling and we had to take out our kitchen table just to have a place that it would fit. so after 3 and 1/2 hours of "fluffing" and a trip to walmart to by hooks for the ornaments we had our first Christmas tree!! It didn't turn out quite the way i pictured it and it's nothing close to the tai pan tree i got the idea from but it works. I would take it all down and start the decorations again but Ben wouldn't let me. I am so excited after being married for 2 years and being together for 3 Christmas's we have a real tree well .. not real but a real size tree.. Thank you Ben for buying it for us. I love it and i love you very much... MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!!!!!!!!!!
